The best advice that any cashier can ever get is to let things roll off your back. So many times in this industry we the cashiers get the brunt of peoples frustrations and we must be able to handle it with as little turbulance as possible. BE KIND, BE FORTH COMMING WITH ALL INFORMATION THAT YOU CAN HONESTLY PROVIDE CUSTOMERS AND ABOVE ALL ELSE...... BE COURTIOUS NO MATTER HOW NASTY THE CUSTOMER GETS!!!! KILL THEM WITH KINDNESS!!!!
