What do you enjoy most about being a category analyst? What do you dislike the most? Is it challenging? Are there many opportunities to learn and advance? What keeps you at your job? |

I enjoy working with people and the satisfaction of doing a good job with many people depending on me. I do not like last minute requests, because people do not have the organizational abilit or foresight to think about what they want. It is challenging, but the most pressures are put on by your own expectation. If you are working for a boss or people who are demanding and totally inconsiderate of your time, just leave. That is not a good environment. If you are good you will find another job in a hear beat, so you do not need to put up with a bunch of BS. I noticed the people who take that crap are cornered because of their lack of skills, insecurities, or personalities. There are many opportunities to advance, you have to take the initiative to always learn and improve your skills because THIS IS NOT A UNION JOB WHERE MEDIOCRITY AND HALF @SS WORK IS ACCEPTABLE. |
