When applying for jobs, why does all the Careers On Line jump on the different job web sites? The unemployed is very aware of training availablity without being bombarded with all these advertisements. I have been looking for jobs for Medical billing and coding. I have done this job in the past and DO NOT NEED TRAINING. How do I get across that I am seeking a job for MEDICAL CODING AND BILLING? My best attempt has been to go directly to providers in my area and apply through their offices.
