Do you think a male MA could find a job? Will the gender bias wipe out all a male's chance of success? Do you feel a male is just wasting his time going to school to be an MA?

My husband has been certified since the beginning of this year and he still has not found anything. He has gone on several interviews, but they all tell him they went with someone more qualified, bilingual or female! He even went back to school for a PCA/Certified Nurse Assistant position and that didn't even help!

Our family is struggling.
