I am almost done with my degree and plan to become certified. Although I plan to work in the field to get some experience, what are the next steps on the ladder from this field? Is a RN the only next step? Where would you go now that you have been in the field? I don't want to stop at CMA, but I have no idea where to go from here, and I would like to increase my pay!
