I would like to reply for my CNA Licence because it is soon to exspire and i need to renew it before it does how do i go about soing so because it exspires in 2008 i've had it sence 2006 of January 10, 2006.

ive had my licence for 12 years and ive renewed it every time expires 07 sometime i dont know when, the house burned down and no one could help me get one renew one or even get a copy sent to me ive spoke to several people and is like i dont exsist,please help me in obtaining a copy or send me somewhere were i can renew it,due to fire i lost everything,please help me im also wanting to further my education. thank you millie in need.

Millie, and ALL OF YOU needing to gain access to your CNA "license". You need to contact the State in which you were tested, or in which you last held your certificate, and tell them what happened. They can cross reference you by your name, address and social security number. Each state is different, so ALWAYS start with your state, or most recent employer. The employer or most recent employer will have a copy of your CERTIFICATE in your employee file. For those of you who have let your CERTIFICATION expire, CALL YOUR STATE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH and ask for the licensing division. They are the people you need to be asking.

for most of you that let your license expire , you will have to do everything all over again, which includes those classes that was hundreds of dollars. try keep it up to date before this happens. i know a couple of folks who let theirs expire and they had to take the classes over again, luckily they were at a job where they paid for it.

I went to my State registry. So you may want to call any place that offer the CNA course and ask them how can you obtain that information.

Go to this website and you can enter your first and last name and the type of license you held and thy will come up with the number and when they expire in the box below.
