Recruiting Companies Good or Bad??

Hello,
I have been a COTA for over 3 years, and have always sought after jobs with private companies vs. recruiters. Lately, I have not been able to find anything too localized. I have been looking into recruiting company jobs with companies such as Supplemental Healthcare, Travel Rehab, and many more. Does anyone know anything about these companies? Should I be weary of recruiting jobs, or give them a try? Also, what are the company names to watch out for (with high turn over/ burn out rates?)

Most third party recruiters are only in it for the money. They could care less if it's a good fit for you or not. Just start calling individual companies or facilities to see what's available. Supplemental Healthcare has one of the worst reputations in the industry. I use to work as a COTA like you and gave it up for Nursing. I now work in a hospital and don't have to waste my time looking through thousands of dead end job postings. Have you thought of a career change?
