This is an amazing organizaton with much to offer the right candidate for the position. The growth and leadership of their program is still maturing and may require several more years to develop the department and position. The level of compensation is more entry-level than career-level so this would make a great place to begin a healthcare chaplaincy career. They are creating a CPE program and organizationally, they are part of a larger system with limited oversight for the facilities. The on-call responsibilities are roughly 26 weeks and 26 weekends a year, but the chaplain is compensated for that time. |
