I HAVE WORKED IN CHILD CARE SINCE I WAS 17 YEARS OLD.I ENJOY WORKING WITH CHILDREN,I HAVE TWO OF MY OWN.

What skills should you learn to increase your salary?

It all depends on what state you are in. If you are working as a childcare provider out of your home, you can set your own rates but you can only have a certain amount of kids based on your being licensed or unlicensed.
The biggest skill I think is for you to have a passion for children. Taking courses in Early Childhood Education or joining a Chapter Association for your state is also good.
