Yes. The most common question is how you ended up coming in this career. You have to talk on how your interest developed in the field.Any childhood experience that influenced your decision and developed a keen interest.Another important thing employer would like to see is your technical smartness.Its not just knowledge but innovative & out of the box thinking that makes an civil engineer. Be prepared with examples where you did stuff differently.
