Which university should I choose?

Hi

I am a civil engineer from Turkey. I've completed my university and applied to some English universities about postgraduate master programme. I applied to Msc Construction Management program and 4 English universities offered me position. These universities are:

University of Manchester
University of Reading
City University London
University of Portsmouth
Salford University

I am shocked because I wasn't thinking that 5 universities offer me a place and now I'm so uncertain about which one should I choose.

I looked lots of university guides like arwu,times,guardian,topuniversities,webometrics... When I look to world rankings, Manchester is the best one of them. When I look to Management rankings, City is the best one of them in English rankings. About world rankings, I couldn't find City University.

Dear English Civil engineers, which one do you suggest to me please help. Your opinions are so important about my future.
