Will my military experience/GPA help me get a job

CE student in Mobile, Alabama

I'm currently a junior in a BA CE program. I have a 4.0 at the moment and i'm hoping i can keep it up until graduation. I have four years experience in the civil engineering squadron in the USAF. I haven't done a co op or internship but i'm thinking of trying to get one next summer.

Will my gpa and military experience in the CE make me a better candidate for a job or am i pretty much screwed unless i get a good internship?
