What suggestions do you have to get back into the Worker's Comp field as an adjuster after 5yrs?

Please, advise me as to how I can get back in the Worker's Comp field after 5yrs. I used to be a licensed WOrk Comp Adjuster. I have handled lost time and Medical claims as well. But, its hard for me to get back becuase, a lot of recruiters are saying that my work comp experience is too old. I need to be current in the field to find a job as an adjuster. But, if people dont hire me than how can I get current experience. So, please, give me any suggestions or Advice you may have.
