Qualifications
Education: A Doctor of Pharmacy (Pham. D.) degree or a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Pharmacy from an accredited college or university of the United States is required
Experience: In lieu of the Harmed. degree, a solid performance record at the essential job functions specific to the position is preferred
Education: Depending on the specific focus of the staff / clinical pharmacist, a completion of residency training program or other advanced educational credentials are also preferred
Experience: Internship or licensed pharmacist experience sufficient to qualify for registration in the State of Wisconsin
Experience: Preferably performed in a hospital inpatient care setting
Licensure: The staff / clinical pharmacist must be licensed to practice as a registered pharmacist or eligible for licensing in the State of Wisconsin
Skills: Knowledge of the principles of growth and development and the ability to assess data and identify patients' age-specific requirements and provide age-appropriate care
