Can I get a chance of job as CRC or CRA in USA or Canada?

Hi. I'm Clinical Reasearch Coordinator in my country.

There are many global CROs in Korea, but can I became employee in another country?
If possible, what I have to pepare?

As written the title, I'm wondering if I can get a job in the another country-prefer USA or Canada because I'm considering study abroad for Master's degree in the future-.

I saw recruitment on many internet site, but I thought it's only for their people... Because I didn't hear of offering VISA to foreinger. And Residency is permitted RN but Clinical Trial field is excepted... (Is correct information?)

No one knows about this or has interest... T_T Foutunately, I found this site and wrote my question.
