Can not think of a pro for the CRO compared to the pharma. With the Pharma, the salary is larger, better benefits, company car, less travel, more input on the studies and sites you work with.

I can't agree with this entirely. I've worked for a CRO and we had lots of input on the studies and sites (I was an in-house CRA).

I would like to if anybody knows how different is working with pharma and a CRO company regarding the work, because some middlemen are asking for the programmers with an experience working with CRO companies.
