I am fairly new at this position. I inherited a research office that has no billing department support and no tools in place to track how things get billed. I am hoping someone out there might have some tools or suggestions for me. I really need some support. Thanks

Most sites don't have much billing support. What kind of trials are you doing? Did you get the help you need since this was posted 3 months ago?

Hi Carolyn,
We looked at purchasing ONCORE but it was out of our budget. My assistant is building our own on EXCEL. So basically, we are buildeing it from the ground up.
