What kind of attire do you recommend I wear for an interview to be a cocktail server? Thank you!

What kind of attire you wear depends on the type of job you are applying for.

Professional job - professional attire.
Dancer job - shows your body and you can move in.
Entry level professional - professional attire.

ALWAYS dress professional. NO MATTER WHAT. It's better to be overdressed for an interview than underdressed. I get it's tempting to dress down for "just" a waitressing job, but if you dress well it can help tell the interviewer that you take the job seriously. I have worked in places where girls have been turned away because they were in jeans or obviously weren't wearing a bra. If you aren't motivated to put together something appropriate to make a first impression that could cause some employers to take that as a hint that you won't take the job seriously or won't be a hard working employee, no matter what your resume says.
