What kind of attire do you recommend I wear for an interview to be a cocktail server? Thank you!

What kind of attire you wear depends on the type of job you are applying for.

Professional job - professional attire.
Dancer job - shows your body and you can move in.
Entry level professional - professional attire.

ALWAYS dress professional. NO MATTER WHAT. It's better to be overdressed for an interview than underdressed. I get it's tempting to dress down for "just" a waitressing job, but if you dress well it can help tell the interviewer that you take the job seriously. I have worked in places where girls have been turned away because they were in jeans or obviously weren't wearing a bra. If you aren't motivated to put together something appropriate to make a first impression that could cause some employers to take that as a hint that you won't take the job seriously or won't be a hard working employee, no matter what your resume says.

Some employers ask for a specific attire such as swimware /beachware if applying for a poolside beverage server. Just wear cute shorts with swim top and sone nice elegant heels to show off body because they most likely have high standards on your physical appearance for this type of job.
