I think is is funny that you are looking for people to move to Tempe , which has one of the highest crime rates in the country , the housing is sub prime , and all of the companies you are hiring for are in the process of six sigma lay offs. Do you believe in inventory employees? What about familys that may move to take the job, just to get laid off in 6 months . Chase is laying off and out sourcing most of its jobs. God Bless America. Country wide has laid off over 15,000 employees. You will offer the $12.00 an hour average for that area. Where can you find decent housing in Tempe for that wage ? Six Sigma does not care. Or are you hiring on a temp basis ?

No kidding & of course this was posted 3 months ago, before the fall of fanny Mae & mac and the mergers of big banks like Wells Fargo & Wachovia and Chase and Washington Mutual....and of course the 7 billion dollar bail out for wall street. It's hard to live anywhere on 12$ an hour. All of our bills and food and regular living expenses have gone up, but not our salaries.
