Entry level Acct Exec for Commercial Lender

Hello everyone,
I've been in the mortgage industry for 5yrs, with 4yrs in the residential market and 1yr learnng and doing commercial loans.
I'm very well aware of the SISA,SIVA Full doc,
and Alt-A Commercial loans as well as DSCR, Rent Rolls and anything pertaining to Commercial properties to get the loans done.
I've invested a lot of my time reading and learning the Commercial Lending and I like the challenges that it offers.
I'm interested in finding out if there's any lender that offers and entry level Acct. Exec position with a chance for growth within the Co.
I'm very trainable and a fast learner.
I'm ambitious and I like to have the opportunity to work for a well establish Lender that will invest some time to learn their products, guidelines etc... in the end I know I will become a great asset to the Company.

In my 8 years as a loan officer, I worked for Amerisave, Ameriquest, First NLC, and Countrywide. I have done the broker shops as well even still have my own company and do referral mortage lending business.
Sales success is a right mental attitude to find the right opportunities at the right time.

I have heard negatives regarding consumer debt companies. People say they are like the Timeshare Resellers, mostly a ripoff and the people they call get very irritated with them. Someone told me that all these companies do is transfer a credit card debt from one to the other and they negotiate a better rate, thereby saving their client money. The problem comes when the consumer figures out they could have done it themselves and get mad that they were charged such an outrageous fee. even though they do agree to the fee based on the savings over time, they still get upset. If these companies where to charge a lower fee then the consumer would not feel ripped off. Business is business. It really boils down to, do you want the reputation of a ripp off company or rip off sales person just to make a buck? Reputation used to mean something to people. I think before you do something you should consider how you would react as a consumer. Put yourself in the consumer's shoes, then act accordingly. You will know what the better approach is.
