I recruit for Commodity Managers across North America. Business is nothing short of booming. Salaries are great and those paying juck because of a perceived glut of people are quickly convinced that that is not the case. Biggest criteria that is a limiters is a four year degree and familiarity with and having lived through and implementation of SAP, Oracle, Manhatten Associates, etc. Most opportunities are in TX, CA and the midwest but New England and Southeast are also very strong. Most positions are very specific on skill sets so Relocation has to be a consideration. Paul Smith
