1} various styles of writing help a communication specialist.(ex. technial or copy writing).
2} Edit your own work often and use PC tools and books from experts to help you. Proofread your work several times and enlist a trusted friend to review the writing.
3} Know what your talking about. Do your research and plan the piece - put effort in to your writing.Good luck.
