How did you get your start doing Compensation Manager work, and what career moves did you make to get to your current position? Do you need a particular educational background? |

Well, you will need HR management experience. Where you work as an RN, go to HR and let them know you want to change your line of work. You will have to learn the basics first like payroll, benefits, those kinds of tasks. For the position I posted you will need at least 3 years of experience with that. Good luck to you!! |
