Hello - Can anyone give me any advice or leads in landing an entry-level compliance or regulatory job in Houston or the South Texas area? I recently gradated with a J.D. I have about 10 years work experience too, but all in technical writing in various industries. Thanks for any leads or advice.

With a JD you might want to pursue a career in the BSA/AML arena. These jobs can pay well within a few years. Look into certification such as CAMS, CFE, CFCI, etc. This will help launch your career quickly. Good luck!
