Teamwork.
Most mainframe shops have more than one operator per shift.
Tell me about a time when you disagreed with a coworker, how did you handle it?
Have your technical skills in order, but be prepared for behavioral type questions...

"Explain a situation where you "thought outside the box" to resolve a problem." I hate that question, some employers want to know how innovative and/or resourceful you are and some employers want to know how willing you are to bend their rules and go against procedure.

There are churches that will help with interview skills. Just Google "Networking" for your area and see what pulls up. A church in my area promotes Networking and they will actually video you doing a practice interview so you can see how you will come across.

I am Graduate (B.Com) from Delhi University. I have a big problem. When I received call from international BPO. I do not success in telephone interview. But I know that he/she asking me simple question plz send me some tips for improving my communication skill.
