Recent College Grad with MIS degree, how do I get a job in IT industry?

I have graduated with MIS degree one year ago, although I have learned little bit of everything like, programming, hardware, networking, SQL database, web design, e-commerce... Although I only have class room experience and has not certified in anything yet, I am working on my A+ and Network+ certification...
Am I qualified to work as a Computer Operator???
if not where should I start???

sorry, this is sooo sad ..:(.. maybe try volunteering or something .. just SOMETHING for free, my heart goes to all the unemployed grads, laid off people .. GOD BLESS.
