Customer Oriented
Hands-On Experience
Work Ethics

To Develop your expertise:
Willingness to keep up with the fast changing technology
Self-Study & Certifications in the areas of your interests
Ability to learn on the fly when confronting new challenges
Taking advantage of opportunities that come your way
Take time to document your solutions and/or know where to find the solutions on the Internet
Broaden your knowledge/skills/experience to include Hardware, Software and Networking (including wireless)
Never believe or tell others you are the BEST Technician for your results will speak for themself
