I'd like to know if there are any Hotels in the US (specifically S.CA.), that do on-the-job training or mentoring?
I have the customer service skills and have worked in and around the Hotel industry a good part of my career, but not in this capacity. I'd appreciate any feedback.

currently i am working in crowne plaza yas island i am interested to do a lots of
traning about the concierge so how you can help me to be better person and to provide
a lot of satisfaction to the guest .
