Do you have any tips to help prepare for an upcoming concierge interview?

I just landed myself a concierge position in a 4 and a half start resort. I have no qualifications and i didnt even finish high school. The interview process was probably the most simple i have ever been through. I really didnt even get to get a word in as the interviewer woman was talking non stop. Just smile alot and show your personality because thats a lot of what the job involves. Be yourself and try to have a little class.
