What are typical concierge salaries? Do some companies pay a lot more for this position than others? What does a top earner make in this field?

Salaries as Concierge in Italy are not that high. The average is of 1,200 euros/month and can reach a top of 1,500 euros if you are a Chef Concierge.
Tips in big cities (Milan is a big city for Italy) can be the double of the salary if you are polite and do your job properly.
