I am in the process of setting up an independent concierge service in my town, I would like to know what customer management system is being used in the industry: to take customer order, handle order tracking and invoices. I was also interested in finding out what safe and secure credit card payment system do you use?

There are two great programs out there that are an invaluable asset to any concierge desk (hotel or otherwise); Gold Key Solutions offers Concierge Assistant (both network and web-based versions) www.goldkeysolutions.com and Go Concierge (web-based only) at www.goconcierge.com

These are two software programs that have become indispensible to any concierge and both have been designed by concierges!
