hi, i hope you can give me some good advice. i am on my first job now and i've been with this company for less than 3 years but since last year i joined the Configuration Mgmt team. I'm enjoying the work, learning lots of stuff, processes and trying to implement them. In short, i see myself as going down this road and having this kind of career. My question is, given my situation that i've only been in CM for about a year, do you think it's too early for me to learn ITIL? Should i take the training now or wait a little later? Any recommendations? Thanks. |

Its never too late to take ITIL Certification. However longer you work in ITIL Environment its get bit difficult to take exam becuase it hard to difference your experience from ITIL Stuff... |
