Over all the job market appears to be increasing as a result of increased
awareness role of "configuration manager", increased awareeness about SOX and more importantly the ever (reducing and simplyfying) the versioning tools

The www.indeed.com/jobtrends/qt-Configuration-Manager.html graph shows posting but not actual jobs (multiols posting for the same job) and may be misleading. Still, I would say the CM jobs are increasing gradually.
