What are the top 3 traits or skills every construction estimator must have to excel?

I suggest the following three skills he should be at-

1.He should be able to visualize the job as drawn on the drawings,how he would be able to construct it in the field step by step.

2.As an estimator he should understand how much vital is the role of an estimator, A good and precise estimate can make the company to make money or loose money.He should be Care full & accurate during the quantities take offs.

3.The third important skill an estimator must have is to have the full knoweldge of the latest market prices for each of the quantities.The prices should be mutiplied by the correct area multipliers.

He should not foget it is a fun job too.
