I need some advice. I built houses for over three years, but did the financing on my own. When the market started to slide, I went back to school for a degree in Construction Management. I will be finishing next week and am trying to find a job. I am not ready to invest again. It is just too risky these days.

Here is the problem, I am a girl. In fact, I am a girly girl who knows about construction. I would like a position as a project engineer, out in the field, but I can't get anyone to take me seriously.

Any advice?
