Assistant Superintendent building schools

I have been a Construction Superintendent for 12 years mainly in multi family and high end residential. What approach should I take trying to get hired by a commercial builder that builds schools or midrises as an assistant Superintendent. I have always had the desire to do this. Any suggestions?
