looking for construction management posi in New York, New York

I have a graduate degree in construction management from an ivy league college & an undergrad in civil engineering from a prestigious engineering school. I also have about 2 years of construction management experience from NYC. However, due to personal reasons I took a 2 year break.

For the past 6 months have been trying my very best to crack in to the job scene, but with no luck. I am open to junior level/ part time positions as well. Any idea what I should do? I am looking in NY/ NJ metro areas. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
