How did you get your start doing construction manager work, and what career moves did you make to get to your current position?

Do you need a particular educational background?

Start with a 4 bachelors degree in construction management. Also work experience in the industry is a must... summer jobs or internships at construction companies & architecture/engineering firms etc, then wait for the economy to pick back up:)
