Having been in the industry for 35 years, 20 years as superintendent for the largest and local G.C.'s we all know how frustrating scheduling project long lead items can get, due to Demand!!! Guess what "WE" are NOT in demand so the frustration is ours as far as positions are concerned, my suggestion to new individuals looking at the industry is get a degree and look at new technology in the industry!!! Good luck I've been unemployed for 18 months and work for myself due to lack of opportunity
