Think about something?????????

Most people in here have been out of work for a long time, correct? The people who are hiring found out that they can work with less suppervision. I have been in contact with a few people that are still working, and they have to keep their mouth shut or they will be out on the street. I have pal who told me he has been working at 1/3 his normal rate, I know because he used to work for me. When he asked his Hispanic Boss if he was getting paid for the Thanksgiving Holiday the boss just asked if my pal was stupid, no work no pay. These companies are getting by with less managers, why replace us? Also, I know that the average person knows this is not going to change soon. MAYBE in another year or more!
