Contract management is not a 'licensed' activity, except to the extent that US Federal contracting may require some formal professional certification. For those in US Federal Acquisition contract management, the primary organization for support is NCMA (www.ncmahq.org).

If your interest is in comercial contracts, the worldwide certifying body is IACCM (www.iaccm.com).
