I am new to the Recruiting industry with only 7 months of experience specializing in accounting and finance (working a full desk both recruiting and sales) at a Agency in D.C. Although I am new to the industry, I would like to think I have had somewhat of some success after having no prior experience or training.

In the first 60 days, I made three placements and I am on a draw commission plan of $45K. I have now been there 7 months and recently cleared my draw and I am #1 in Recruiting and Sales out of 45 New Hires.

The Agency has a lot of turnover, issues with protocol and just a lot of sketchy things that take place. Basically, you never know if you are safe.

I was recently offered a Contract position with a large, very successful Fortune 500 Company. The company itself initially gets me excited as it would be an awesome opportunity to work under. Should I take it?

I really REALLY need advice from experienced professionals in this industry.
