I'm just starting to look for contract opportunities. What are the differences/advantages to W2, 1099 and corp-to-corp. I'm not incorporated, but am thinking about it. I've been a technical recruiter on the agency side for almost 10 years and am looking to go corporate. Any help is much appreciated!

Hi,

I have the same question. For a positions I am looking at under "Tax Terms" the options are W2, No benefits OR corp-to-corp.
