Be humble, enthusiastic and willing to learn and grow. Especially if it's a entry level position. Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and Word is helpful. Exp with learning software programs ++. Customer service, people skills, negotiating skills etc.

Did you get the job? I have a bachelors degree and 14 years of insurance experience. Every contract specialist job I try apply requires experience.
