Financial Advisor 4 U in Ocala, Florida

Just offered a position as a Contract Specialist (entry level). This is about a $40K pay cut if accepted. Should be at GS 12 in 3 years and this will recoup most of my opportunity cost of taking the CS positon. My question to any current CS is "How possible is it to become a CS Manager, GS 14?" My current role I've done for 12 years and is a bit tired of "What have you done for me lately" routine. CS specialist seems very much to my liking, but want to ensure I'm doing the right thing as far as my personal rewards.
