I just happened to read some of the comments on Facebook (I am not a registered user), an applicant asked why she is considered eligble, but name will not be passed on. A respondent advised her to tailor her resume according to the job. I was advised that when applying for a government or security occupation to include all past employment, so I believed that it is difficult to tailor resumes. It is difficult to highlight accomplishments in the space given. Do you include only recent jobs or jobs pertaining to work applying for. Your thoughts, anyone!
