As a controller you have the unique position of see the whole picture of a company. You see the business from the top down as fro the down up. That's the most I like about controllership positions. The things I like the least is the amount of hours one may spent in the job and the high level of stress to meet deadlines.

You will enjoy the be a controller if you like challenges and responsibilities, have a high level of energy and commitment. Are willing to go the extra mile and handle stress well.
