Canadian paralegal moving to Georgia

I am a senior corporate paralegal. What problems do you think I will encounter obtaining a job in the states?

I would suggest first doing a job search on www.indeed.com. Here's one I did for Corporate Paralegal in Georgia:

You'll notice that each job listing has a "more actions" link located on the last line. Click on this link and research all the great background information you find there. You'll also be provided direct links to social networking site LinkedIn and Ryze. Try these links and start networking with people in the industry who can provide you with some good advice.

Also take a look at the lefthand refinement margin which will show you the most popular matching job titles, companies, location and so on. For instance, you'll see that Atlanta seems to have the mose amount of job listings included in our index.
