I have worked in a variety of educational settings over the past 15 years, and many of my jobs have included adult education. I have discovered I really enjoy working with adults more than children these days. I'm very interested in becoming a corporate trainer, but I'm having trouble discovering how to get the appropriate training or certifications needed. I have a BS in Elementary Education and a MEd in Science Education. I'm not opposed to further education, but I would definitely prefer to learn on the job if at all possible due to financial concerns.

I have been trying to find a corporate training position for several months. I have a Masters in Education and a background in the medical field but have not had any luck landing a position. You may want to try joining your local chapter of ASTD.

Forgive my ignorance, but what is ASTD? I too, am interested in looking for a job outside of the classroom.
