Corporate Training Script Logs

I just got hired and am new to corporate training. Do all corporate trainers have to write script logs for the class they are going to teach or train? And if so any helpful tips on writing one.

By "Script log" Im assuming you are refering to a story board or full speakers notes. When I started as a trainer years ago I inherited notes from the previous trainer. I taught the class the way it was written, then as my comfort level grew with the content I made changes to the delivery so it looked and sounded like me...scripts are like a crutch. They help you walk but only when you lean on them.
